Villa Satsuma is located in the lovely resort town of Bodrum, right across from the Greek island of Kos, on the beautiful Aegean Sea. This gated luxury villa has its own staff consisting of a gardener and a housekeeper. The house features a private outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and is minutes away from the town's main attractions. Villa Satsuma is a luxury villa of 550 m² on a 2.5 acre mandarin garden scattered with 500 year old olive trees. Located in Bitez, this luxury villa accommodates up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and has 4 bathrooms and 1 extra WC. The house is fully furnished and equipped for all your needs, brand new linens to kitchenware, laundry room, wireless Internet, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, centralized heating and a big fireplace.

RATES AND TERMS:

High Season (June, July, August, September) = $4,600.-/wk
Mid-Season (May-October) = $3,500.-/wk
Low-Season (November through April) = $2,800.-/wk
Chef & Housekeeper services available for $90.-/day
*$175.- cleaning fee applicable if Housekeeper’s services are not used.
In order to secure a booking we request 25% of the entire booking to be paid in advance. The remaining amount should be paid at least 5 weeks before the check-in date.

In case of payments through PayPal we add 4,5% commisssion to the booking fee.

500.- US$(cash) is required as security deposit at check-in and it will be refunded at check-out provided there is no damage.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation within eight weeks prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within two weeks prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The deposit is non-refundable in any case.
