A MEDITERRANEAN OASIS IN GOLTURKBUKU BODRUM

Villa Bella is located in Golturkbuku Village on top of a hill with complete privacy. Golturkbuku is the most famous bay in Bodrum for the Turkish celebrity and the foreigners. It can be compared to St. Tropez of France. On the seaside there are lovely fish restaurants, bars, coffee shops and authentic shops. In Villa Bella there are two terraces for breakfast and dining. One is overlooking the Golturkbuku Bay and the view is spectacular.  There is a private swimming pool and a big garden with different kinds of plants and trees. The villa has three different parts. Main villa has a big living room with an open plan kitchen. It has three bedrooms. Two of them have queen beds and private bathrooms. The third bedroom has a single bed. And there is also a third bathroom. One of the bedrooms have access to the garden and the pool area. There are two studios very close to the main villa. One has a queen bed and the other has two single beds. They both have private bathrooms. It is ideal for big families. There is a gardener who takes care of the garden and the pool. A housekeeper can be arranged if you need one.
In Villa Bella 8-10 people can sleep. The terraces and the pool area offer complete privacy.

RATES & TERMS

From June 1st untill August 31st $580/night; May and September $450/night; other months $360/night. Please ask for our special rates for Easter and Christmas weeks. There is a $200 cleaning fee per week...Minimum stay is one week for June-August period.

25% of entire booking fee should be paid in advance to secure your booking. The remaining amount should be paid at least 5 weeks before the check-in date.

You can pay either by bank transfer or through PayPal. For payments through PayPal please add 4,5% on top of the transfer amount for the commissions. 

500.- US$(cash)  is required as security deposit  at check-in and it will be refunded at check-out provided there is no damage.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation within four weeks prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within two weeks prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The deposit is non-refundable in any case.
