A Secluded Villa In Torba - Bodrum

 Villa Apple is in the Torba Village of Bodrum, one of the most attractive locations of the Bodrum Peninsula with clean seas and beautiful nature...The villa is in a private complex and has four bedrooms, two of which are for double occupancy and two for single occupancy. The villa has two bathrooms.  Villa Apple can comfortably accommodate six people. The double bedrooms and the living room have A/C; the other rooms have ceiling fans. The open kitchen has all necessary equipment.The villa has two terraces, both with splendid sea views. The terrace at the living room level has a sitting and dining area. The roof terrace can be used for BBQing and sunbathing. The complex has a shared pool which can be used at any time. Moreover the blue-flagged beaches of Torba are only 10 minutes away by foot or 2 minutes by car. The Torba area also has many supermarkets and stores for all your needs. Downtown Bodrum can easily be reached by public transportation, the  buses passing from right in front of the complex gate. Driving into downtown Bodrum by car takes only 5 minutes.

RATES & TERMS

From June 1st until August 31st $1500/week; May and September $1250/week; other months $900/week. Please ask for our special rates for Easter and Christmas periods. There is a $100 cleaning fee per week. Minimum stay is one week for the June-August period.

25% of the entire booking fee needs to be paid in advance to secure your booking. The remaining amount needs to be paid at least 5 weeks before the check-in date. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or through PayPal. For payments through PayPal, please add 4,5% to the transfer amount for covering  commission fees. 

$500 in cash is required as a security deposit  at check-in, and will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 4weeks of the arrival date result in 50% of the entire booking fee. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the arrival date, no-shows, or less-stays  result in 100% of the entire booking fee. The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable in any case.
