In PAYPAL payments please add 4% on top of our fee due to Paypal commission.

 RATE AND TERMS

-         High Season: ( May 1-September 30) 2.800.- US$/week 

-         Low Season: (October 1 – April 30)  1.750.- US$/week

-         Plus 125 US$ Cleaning Fee (required).  Pool Service is included.

-         The rates are quoted in US Dollars per week (tax included), and for 6 guests.

-         500 US$ Security Deposit required, to be refunded after the stay.

-         Minimum rental is for three nights.

-         Full amount must be received at least three weeks prior to the arrival.

-         Check in time is 2:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.

-         For one month or longer stays ask for discount.

-         All payments should be made with bank transfer or paypal (in case of paypal payment we add 4% commission on the total amount) no credit cards, sorry!

Reservation Confirmation:

For any booking at Villa Ferhan, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone. In order to secure a booking we request at least two nights deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation less than two weeks prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The deposit is non-refundable in any case.
