GOLKOY APARTMENT

A Luxury Studio in Golturkbuku Bodrum 

Golkoy Apartment is a studio with a double bed. It has an open kitchen that contains all necessary equipments, a large sofa, bathroom and A/C.   Golkoy Apartment can comfortably accommodate two people. There is a large garden and patio In front of the studio where you can dine, sunbathe and relax privately. The studio is located inside a private complex, and is part of a luxury villa but has its own separate entrance. The complex has a large and well-maintained garden and a large private swimming pool. The famous Turkbuku beach clubs and night life are only minutes away and can be easily reached either via public transportation from the gate of the complex or by car.

RATES & TERMS

From June 1st until August 31st $750/week; May and September $600/week; other months $500/week. Please ask for our special rates for Easter and Christmas periods. There is a $50 cleaning fee per week. Minimum stay is one week for the June-August period.

25% of the entire booking fee needs to be paid in advance to secure your booking. The remaining amount needs to be paid at least 5 weeks before the check-in date. Payments can be made either by bank transfer or through PayPal. For payments through PayPal, please add 4,5% to the transfer amount for covering  commission fees. 

$200 in cash is required as a security deposit  at check-in and will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the arrival date result in 50% of the entire booking fee. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the arrival date, no-shows, or less-stays  result in 100% of the entire booking fee. The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable in any case.
